A bit about myself:
With a background in Swimming and Waterpolo, Myanna first transitioned into Triathlon during her PhD studies at Loughborough University. After a short break from sport following the birth of her daughter, she began racing competitively again in 2023. She now regularly competes across standard and middle distance triathlon, as well as aquathlon and duathlon.
Race experience:
· Great Britain Age-Group representative at European&World Championship levels
· 2 x Ironman 70.3 finisher
· 2 x Marathon finisher, including meeting qualifying standards for the Abbott World Marathon Majors
A bit about myself:
I'm Ollie, a healthcare manager in the NHS, BTF Foundation triathlon coach, triathlete and ultra runner. I started out as a runner, racing 10k to half marathon, but successive injuries from overtraining meant I had to do something different. I bought my first road bike in 2016 and started commuting to work, I loved being out on the open roads and exploring.
I entered my first triathlon in 2021 and have since raced Olympic distance, half Ironman and full Ironman, qualifying for European and World Championships at Olympic distance as an age-group athlete.
My biggest achievement to date has been completing my first full-distance triathlon, the 2026 Ironman Copenhagen, in 9:21:22. This feels like the start of an exciting new journey.
I wouldn't have got there without a great group of people to train with and motivate me. That's what makes being part of the Trizition athlete team so great, because we can't achieve our goals alone.
Ollie's race experience:
- Marathon PB 2:52 — Milton Keynes 2025
- 2026 Backyard Ultra Finisher — 17 laps (126k)
- 2nd Place — 2025 Brighton and Hove Triathlon
- 2026 Olympic Distance Triathlon World Championship Qualifier
- 2026 Copenhagen Ironman — 9:21:22

I’m Reut Shahar, a Division I, triathlete driven by discipline, resilience, and a constant pursuit of excellence. Competing at the highest collegiate level has shaped me both physically and mentally, and I thrive in environments that push me to grow. I’m passionate about the process—early mornings, tough sessions, and the small improvements that add up over time. My goal is simple: show up consistently, race fearlessly, and keep raising my standard—because triathlon is about more than racing; it’s about grit, growth, and representing something bigger than myself.

At Trizition, we believe true greatness in sports isn’t just measured by medals or finish times. It’s forged in 5 a.m. pool sessions, lonely bike rides in the rain, and the runs under the heat where your mind whispers, “just stop.”
That’s why the TZN Athlete Team exists: to champion the Everyday Heroes of sports. These are the dedicated age-groupers who juggle jobs, studies, and families, yet still chase personal bests or the courage to tackle their first IRONMAN. They inspire everyone simply by showing up and refusing to quit.
Through our Athlete Support Program, we connect a global family of passionate athletes. We provide coaching advice, sponsor equipment, race-day support, and a platform to share the real journey—the breakthroughs, the DNFs, and the finish-line tears.
Different ages, different speeds, same relentless drive. We don’t just coach athletes; we build Everyday Heroes. And we’d love for you to be one of them.
